Our mini and junior groups cater for children of all abilities, starting at Tots Tennis at 2 years old, followed by Mini Tennis from 4 – 10 and Juniors from 10 – 17 years. Within our group stages are the mini and junior tennis levels (red, orange, green and yellow). These represent the different ball colours to help assist each individual player. Every lesson will be adapted to individual players need and numbers will be limited in each class to maximise learning. Our programme is fully inclusive and provides for all levels of players, creating a fun and safe environment, where children are able to fully explore the game of tennis. Each child will enjoy the same opportunities to progress through the programme, gaining confidence through all areas of the game.

Key elements of our programme:
All lessons will be structured with the philosophy of person, athlete, player. This means our focus is not just to develop tennis; we are here to create an environment where players can thrive as people, increase their athleticism, ultimately leading to being a better, more rounded player.
The coach to player ratio will be a maximum of 6:1 and numbers will be limited in groups to ensure the optimum progress possible.
There will be a clear structure to lessons with a strong focus on motor coordination & skills, a tactical/tactical element, and some sort of competition. The amount of time spent on each area will depend on players individual development within those areas.
